Return and Refund Policy
At Bailey & Petal, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury kitchenware and home décor. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be:
Unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging
Free of scratches, wear, or other signs of use
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note that custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Inspection & Processing
Once your return is received, our team will carefully inspect the item. Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you discover a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to expedite the process. A replacement or refund will be arranged promptly at no additional cost.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend initiating a standard return and placing a new order for the replacement item to ensure availability.
Final Sale Items
